Blending Vessel

Stainless steel reaction tank which be produced by Haishun company is used for the production process such as hydrolysis, neutralization, distillation and evaporation etc in the industries of pharmacy, chemical industry, food and light industry etc.

The reaction tank is consisting of three parts tank body, jacket, and mixing system etc. All contact material parts are made from SUS304 or SUS316L, it completely in according with GMP requirements.

1. The blending forms are divided into anchor type, frame type and oar type etc.
2. The heating methods are steam, electric heating and heating transfer oil to satisfy the technology requirements under different working conditions such as anti-acid, anti-alkali, anti-high-temperature, anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion.
3. The seal adopts special sanitary mechanical seal to guarantee the material is out of pollution.
4. The forms of support lug or leg can be chosen. The equipment interface adopts ISO standard rapid installation chuck type. Hygienic and Convenient.
5. Reaction tank provided with asepsis respirator, CIP rotary cleaning ball, sight glass, flange, and quick-open type manhole etc.
The interior surface adopts 400# mirror polished treatment, no dead corner, the hermetic design ensures that the materials are always operated under the non-pullution status. The exterior surface can choose sand blasting, frosted finish or cold-rolled primitive colors matt finishing. It also can design and manufacture according to customer craftwork requirements.
